Seongbukdong Pork Ribs

Seongbukdong Dwaeji Galbi is an old gisa sikdang in Seongbuk-dong, Seoul, serving dwaeji bulbaek and dwaeji galbi baekban. The pork is grilled in the kitchen and served one portion at a time on a single plate with rice, lettuce, garlic, and chive pickles. Food arrives about five minutes after ordering, and seating is at low tables with a parking lot in front of the restaurant. Side dishes are self-serve, and the meat portion is small for one serving.
