Maryking Seoul Bukbu is a shabu-shabu buffet on the fourth floor of the E-Mart Hawolgok branch building in Seoul, about a 10-minute walk along the main road from Gireum Station Exit 10. Thin Hanwoo beef, vegetables, and mushrooms go into the broth, and a self-service bar offers salad, tangsuyuk, sushi, and hobakjuk as refills. Meals run for 90 minutes, and on a weekend evening after 6 p.m. a wait of 10 teams formed but entry took under 30 minutes. Tables of multiple guests must order the same menu, which is inconvenient.
