Hadam is an old dumpling restaurant in a alley at the entrance of Seongbuk-dong, Seoul, serving mandu jeongol with clear broth and mild Pyongyang-style dumplings. Its representative dishes also include naeng kalguksu, buckwheat noodles in cold broth, and nokdujeon, mung bean pancakes with a crisp grilled surface. Naeng kalguksu can be ordered from two servings, and food comes out late, so a phone order 30 minutes in advance is required. Nokdujeon is on the small side.
