Gupo Guksu

Gupo Guksu is a noodle restaurant in Seongbuk-dong, Seoul, serving myeolchi guksu, bibim guksu, jeon, and bossam. The signature myeolchi guksu uses medium-thick noodles rather than thin somyeon, paired with a clean broth that is not fishy. When you order, the noodles come out first, and warm broth is poured at the table shortly after. Three branches of the restaurant stand side by side, and food and anju are generally on the higher end of the price range.
