Andon 48

Andon 48 is a tonkatsu restaurant near Anam Station in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul. It serves mozzarella cheese katsu and tonkatsu with truffle oil, which can be dipped in olive oil. Orders are placed at a kiosk, and in one case the food took 20 minutes to arrive. The restaurant uses a 48-hour low-temperature aging method, and pieces of burnt batter can be embedded in the coating.
