Yangsando Hitsumabushi is a Japanese restaurant in Jeonpo, Busan, serving hitsumabushi and eel rice bowls. The eel rice bowl is eaten three ways: as is, mixed with seaweed flakes, scallions and wasabi, or with ocha broth poured over it. A meal includes one hour of free parking in the lot behind the building, and the interior is clean. The eel's plump, soft texture falls short.
