Yakiya

Yakiya is a small izakaya at the entrance of a narrow alley in Seomyeon, Busan, serving okonomiyaki, yakisoba, and yakitori. Its signature samgyeopsal and shrimp okonomiyaki uses a high proportion of cabbage and is ordered with highballs. The shop has an open kitchen, and the teppan counter seats only two people. Customers take a number and wait a long time, and the seats are almost full even at dawn.
