Vietnam Rice Noodles Pho Lan

Peran is a pho shop run by Vietnamese people, located on the second floor in front of Musinsa Standard in Busan. It serves chadol pho and tom yum seafood pho with thin, flat noodles, and the bean sprouts come on the side. At the kiosk next to the entrance, you choose whether to include cilantro, add extra cilantro, and add extra noodles. The shop is small with mostly two-person seating, so it is hard to eat here if you are sensitive to spices.
