Taehwa Yukgaejang

Taehwa Yukgaejang is a restaurant near Seomyeon Yeonggwang Bookstore and Bujeon Market that serves a clear, mild old-style yukgaejang and beef head suyuk. The broth is filled with mung bean sprouts and soybean sprouts, noodles are added, and yang and suji suyuk with pa kimchi are served alongside. It has been open for over 50 years and keeps its old flavor, with a clean broth that has no chemical seasoning taste. There is no separate parking lot.
