Sutbuledak Busan Seomyeon serves Korean-style chicken barbecue, with salt-grilled and seasoned-grilled chicken cooked over charcoal. The chicken is grilled to completion at the charcoal fire at the entrance, and diners can brown it further to their preference. Two servings, one salt-grilled and one seasoned-grilled, are enough to fill a person up. Pressure-cooked rice, noodles, and soup dishes are also available.
