Surim Sikdang Seomyeon Branch is a Chinese restaurant behind Lotte Department Store Busan Main Branch in Seomyeon, serving tan tan men, beef soup noodles, and gaji mandu. The soup tan tan men comes out like a less spicy malatang with peanut sauce mixed in, and the menu also includes bibim tan tan men and dongpa yuk rice bowl. The gaji mandu places soft dumpling filling between fried eggplant slices, and the fry is hot enough that it needs care when eating. The rice bowls vary in liver content and texture.
