Sunyang Sutbul Gui

Sunyang Sutbul Gui is a meat restaurant in Busan that grills samgyeopsal and pork ribs over charcoal, closer to a local spot than a tourist restaurant. It serves samgyeopsal, pork ribs, pork skin, and noodles, along with pa kimchi and scallion salad. If you order doenjang and ask for rice in your drink, it is prepared on the spot, and an order of rice comes with a fried egg. The restaurant recently opened, but the interior is decorated with a retro old-school feel.
