Somunnan Son Kalguksu

Somunnan Son Kalguksu is a noodle shop in the Jeonpo cafe street of Seomyeon, Busan, serving kalguksu, milmyeon, and dumplings. The kalguksu uses chewy noodles and a thick, rich broth, and the kimchi is made in-house. Customers order at the counter first and are then shown to a seat, and side dishes are self-serve. At lunchtime the shop fills with office workers and a wait forms.
