Sinchon Yangpuni, Seomyeon

Sinchon Yangpun-i Galbijjim Seomyeon Branch is a 20-year-old Korean drinking establishment near Seomyeon Station in Busan that serves spicy galbijjim. It uses 100% domestic pork ribs, adds aged kimchi from Jeolla Province and mung bean sprouts, and offers spice levels in stages. The kitchen prepares the dish and staff trim the bones and kimchi for easy eating, and a separate annex is also operated. Level 2 is spicier than Shin Ramyun.
