Seugkkaseu

Seukkkaseu is a tonkatsu restaurant in Jeonpo and Seomyeon in Busan that serves cheese tonkatsu and deungsim katsu. The meat is wet-aged, and the cheese katsu comes in two versions, cheddar and mozzarella. Orders of tonkatsu come with either momil or udon, and at lunch the kitchen gets backed up, so waits can run long. The momil portion is large, and when it is served on the same tray as the tonkatsu it tends to get soggy.
