Sgu Sikdak Seomyeon is a single-serving shabu-shabu restaurant a three-minute walk from Seomyeon Station Exit 8 toward NC Department Store. The shabu-shabu holds beef, shrimp, fresh clams, and vegetables, cooked in a clear, light broth, and can be finished with pho or egg porridge. Each seat at the U-shaped bar table has its own induction cooktop, and food comes out quickly. The remaining broth can be finished as porridge with egg, radish, kelp, and sesame oil.
