Ramenjeong

Ramenjeong is a restaurant in a back alley of Seomyeon, Busan, serving Japanese ramen. It offers tonkotsu, miso, and spicy ramen, with thin noodles topped with stir-fried vegetables and sliced samgyeopsal. The owner cooks alone, checking the broth seasoning and noodle condition, and also takes Baemin delivery orders. The seating is limited, so there are no tables left if you arrive late.
