Panna

Panna is a Western restaurant in Seomyeon, near the Jeonpo cafe street, serving pasta, steak, and pizza. Its snow cheese whole-bacon carbonara and twumba pasta use a thick cream sauce, and the hanger steak is cooked sous-vide. The interior is done in orange with warm lighting, and the pasta portions are large. On weekend evenings there is a wait before entering.
