Oneul Gimhae Dwitgogi

Oneul Gimhae Dwitgogi is a grilled-meat restaurant in Seomyeon, Busan, serving Gimhae-style fresh dwitgogi. The dwitgogi comes mixed with pork jowl and pork collar, and staff toss the various vegetables together at the table. The cheese-topped bokkeumbap is more than four bowls of rice, enough for two people to share, and the cheese takes about 10 minutes to melt. A wait can get long when customers crowd in.
