Olbaro Galbi Seomyeon serves both raw and marinated galbi grilled over charcoal, near Seomyeon Station. The raw galbi comes with salt and the marinated galbi with onion sauce, alongside side dishes such as gwengchae namul. The meat takes on the charcoal smoke, and the marinade is not overly sweet; diners also order doenjang jjigae and doenjang sulbap.
