Miseuldang Seomyeon Jeonpo is a Japanese restaurant in Busan that serves gyukatsu, six minutes on foot from Bujeon Station Exit 2. The meat is served on a small butter-melting grill, where diners cook each piece themselves. The aged meat is tender, and grilling it on the iron plate produces sound and the smell of butter.
