Min-yeong Hwareo Gongjang is a seafood restaurant inside Bujeon Market in Busan that serves sushi and hoe. It offers omakase sushi, and the hoe can be ordered for takeout to eat at a hotel while looking at the Busan night skyline. Around 5:25 p.m. on weekdays only a few pieces of sushi remain and no hoe is left, so an early visit is needed. The sushi and hoe ingredients are fresh and the prices are on the low side.
