Menzuki

Menzuki is a Japanese tsukemen restaurant in the alleys of Jeonpo Station in the Jeonpo Cafe Street area of Busan. It offers a soy sauce or miso base with a choice of spice level, and the noodles are served firm. Orders are placed at a vending machine at the entrance, and cooking begins once you sit down. There are a few waiting seats inside, and at lunch the shop nears full capacity with limited waiting space.
