La Seine

La Seine is a hotel buffet on the fifth floor of Busan Lotte Hotel in Busanjin-gu, serving breakfast and dinner. The menu includes lamb chops, lobster, and Korean dishes, and the food changes with the seasons. With a reservation, a seat is assigned, and guests give the reservation name at entry to be shown to their table. At breakfast, guests choose between a white omelette and a regular one, and pho or udon is cooked to order.
