Korean restaurant MOTUNGI Jokbal

Motungijokbal is a jokbal restaurant in Seomyeon, Busan, serving banban jokbal and jokbal-bossam sets. The plain jokbal is soft, the buljokbal carries a mild smoky flavor, and only front-leg meat is used, giving the skin a chewy texture. Jumeokbap comes on the side, along with seasoned chives, lettuce wraps, and sundae guk. The interior is spacious and the restaurant stays open late.
