Kobe Gyukatsu

This Japanese restaurant in Seomyeon, Busan serves gyukatsu and cheese katsu. The gyukatsu is grilled at the table on a mini brazier and comes with rice, miso soup, and various sauces. On weekends a wait can form, but tables turn over quickly and seats open up fast. When the restaurant is crowded, food comes out slowly.
