Keunbuja Sikyukjeom is a butcher shop in Bujeon Market in Seomyeon, Busan, selling domestic Hanwoo beef. It packs Hanwoo yukhoe and yuksashimi for takeout, and the meat is tender and chewy without any off-odor. Takeout comes with an insulated bag and ice packs, so the meat stays fresh for hours. The yukhoe seasoning is strongly sweet and needs to be adjusted by hand.
