Jogae Gongjang Seomyeon Branch

Shellfactory is a grilled clam restaurant on the second floor in the middle of Seomyeon, Busan, serving clams alongside pork and seafood. The large clam platter comes in three tiers with baekhap, Tongyeong scallops, pen shells, cham scallops, and large scallops, plus corn cheese, all grilled directly over charcoal. Orders are placed on a tablet, a Chinese menu is available, and staff grill the clams and meat for you. In summer the store gets hot because of air conditioning problems.
