Jinju Bokgukjip

Jinju Bokgukjip is a pufferfish soup restaurant in Seomyeon, Busan, serving saengbok jiri (clear pufferfish soup) and red bokjjigae. You can ask for the rice to be mixed into bibimbap. The long-running restaurant has been in business for more than 20 years and serves breakfast. The pufferfish meat portions are small and can be tough or dry.
