Jeonggane Namdo Bapsang

Jeonggane Namdo Bapsang is a Namdo restaurant in Busan that serves fermented skate, cockle bibimbap, and barley gulbi. The lunch special changes by day of the week, and the cockle bibimbap is eaten by mixing cockles into the rice. The owner, a native of Jeolla-do, serves heavily fermented skate on request, and skate jjim can also be ordered. The mackerel jorim has a strong fishy smell.
