Jeju-style pork bulgogi is a specialty restaurant in the Kandasoba alley of Seomyeon, Busan, serving pork galbi. The pork ribs are pre-grilled over charcoal, giving them a sweet and savory marinade with a smoky flavor, and sirakguk is served alongside. The restaurant has held its spot in central Seomyeon for 41 years and offers only one menu item: pork galbi. Even parties of two must order a minimum of three servings.
