Jeil Hoetjip

Jeil Hoetjip is a raw fish restaurant on Yeonggwang Doseogil in Bujeon-dong, Seomyeon, Busan. It serves yellowtail hoe, rockfish (ureok) hoe, live domestic octopus, and grilled rockfish (ureok) on the side. The building has group seating up to the third floor, parties of about ten use the second-floor special room, and shoes are worn inside the rooms. The hoe is sliced thin, so it is not enough for a meal centered on sashimi.
