Jang Seung Jin Sushi

Jangseungjin Sushi is a conveyor-belt sushi restaurant in a side alley off the route from NC Department Store to Lotte Department Store in Seomyeon, Busan. Beef sushi such as usamgyeop and shrimp and salmon sushi circulate on the rail, and customers pick plates as they go. The sushi ingredients have almost no fishy smell and are fresh, and an assorted hoe (raw fish platter) can be ordered off the rail. Payment and order service tend to be brusque.
