This Korean barbecue restaurant is on the second floor of an alley off Seomyeonmunhwa-ro in Seomyeon, Busan, and grills the pork bones used for gamjatang. The signature dish is pork bones coated in a sweet-and-spicy sauce and finished over fire, with the heat level adjustable from level 1, which is about as spicy as Shin Ramyun. An outdoor seating area with Southeast Asian-style parasols sits on the second-floor yard, and a service call bell on each table can be used to ask for help. The food is strongly seasoned and does not have much of a distinctive flavor.
