Ijo Maetdol Sundubu

Ijo Maetdol Sundubu is an old restaurant behind the Jeonpo cafe street in Busan that serves sundubu jjigae and dolsotbap. The meal comes with house-made soft tofu, mixed-grain dolsotbap, and several side dishes, and after eating, hot water is poured into the dolsot to make sungnyung. At lunchtime the wait can be long, and single diners are not served until 2 p.m. Parking is not available.
