Hontto Whale Meat

Hontto Goraegogi is a Korean restaurant in Seomyeon and Jeonpo, Busan, that serves whale meat. Baek kimchi and jeongguji kimchi come with the meal, and the owner and staff explain each cut of whale meat one by one. The kitchen at the back is open and visible from the front, and abalone seafood ramyeon can be ordered on the side. The whale meat has a chewy texture without any gamey smell.
