Hohotei

Hohotei serves hire katsu and rosu katsu on the second floor of the Jeonpo Cafe Street in Busan. The anshim katsu comes in six pieces, and the meat separates along soft grain without being greasy. The dining room has counter and table seating for about 30 people, and orders are placed by QR code. A sprinkle of Maldon salt alone is enough to keep the meal from feeling heavy.
