Hoho Gamjatang - Seomyeon Branch

Hoho Gamjatang Seomyeon is a gamjatang restaurant near Seomyeon Station in Busan that serves gamjatang and bone hangover soup. The pork backbone meat in the gamjatang is soft enough to fall apart with chopsticks, and it is boiled with potatoes and vegetables. A common way to finish the meal is to stir-fry kimchi fried rice in the remaining broth. Pots for two or more servings do not come with rice or noodles by default, and ordering too much at the start can leave food uneaten.
