Heunghwa Banjeom is a third-generation Chinese restaurant in Busan that opened in 1953 and serves ganjjajang, jjamppong, and tangsuyuk. It sits a seven-minute walk from Bujeon Station and Jeonpo Station, near NC Department Store. Ganjjajang uses a deep bean sauce with seafood, while yunijjajang uses finely ground meat and vegetables, and dishes such as ohyangjangyuk and yurinji are also served. The restaurant occupies the first and second floors, and at lunch a full house and a wait are common, with orders sometimes taking 20 to 30 minutes when they pile up.
