Heejung Yanggopchang

Heejeong Yang Gopchang sits at the entrance of Babo Jumak near Yeonggwang Bookstore in Seomyeon, Busan, and grills garlic gopchang, special yang, and daechang. The gopchang is tossed in garlic sauce, cooked by staff at the table, and minced garlic is grilled separately. Mul kimchi and pa muchim come with the meal, and bokkeum bap can be added. Prices are on the high side.
