Hayeonjeong Sundubu Busan Main Branch

Hayonjeong Sundubu Busan Main Branch is a tofu restaurant next to Seomyeon Market that serves white sundubu, gochujang sundubu, and cheonggukjang sundubu. The sundubu stew comes with a fried egg on top and is mixed with yeolmu, mu-chae, and gimgaru. Basic side dishes include boiled eggs, kimchi, myeolchi, saengchae, and gim, with the gim taken from a container on the table. The restaurant does not make its own sundubu.
