Hangari Bossam

Hangari Bossam is a bossam restaurant in the alley behind Lotte Department Store in Seomyeon, serving suyuk with kimchi. Its Tongyeong saenggul bossam wraps saenggul muchim and suyuk in salted cabbage, geotjeori and spicy mu muchim, and haemu kalguksu is also counted among its main dishes. The restaurant opens at 4 p.m., but waits of over two hours have occurred even on weekdays, and dining time is limited to two hours. Kalguksu is not served from November through the winter.
