Hanbang Jangeo Gui is a restaurant in Busan that specializes in grilled eel, using domestic freshwater eel. The eel is coated in a herbal sauce to reduce its smell, then par-grilled before it is brought to the table. After the initial grilling, cooking takes a little more time, and outside certain hours you can walk in without waiting. The portions of eel are on the small side.
