Halmae Chungmu Gimbap is a small Korean restaurant on Seomyeon 1st Street in Busan that serves chungmu gimbap, udon, sujebi, and kalguksu. The chungmu gimbap comes with generous side dishes, the squid has no fishy smell, and the anchovy broth is light. It is possible to eat lightly or soothe a hangover late at night, and the udon broth is deep. The kimchi sujebi dough is on the thick side.
