Gyuseuji Curry Bar

Guseuji Curry Bar is a small Japanese-style curry bar in Busan that serves beef suji curry and jiro ramen. The broth is made by simmering Hanwoo suji for a long time and blending in spices, and the soft lean meat and rich fat of the suji come through together. In the dark space, the owner plays LPs he has chosen and shows Studio Ghibli films on a large TV. The interior is narrow with fewer than ten seats and only bar seating, with no tables.
