Gyeotjip

Gyeopjip is a Korean restaurant in Busan that serves bibimbap and stew. It offers yukhoe bibimbap alongside kimchi stew and doenjang stew, and the bibimbap comes with stew and sungnyung. The rice in the dolsot is reheated precooked rice, so it does not form much nurungji. The tables are narrow, so waiting times get long when the restaurant is crowded.
