Gyeongbu Gajeongsik Buffet

Gyeongbu Gajeongsik Buffet is a Korean buffet at the entrance of Bujeon Market in Busan where you pick your own banchan. The spread includes bulgogi, barley rice, lettuce wraps, and dried radish greens soup, along with seasonal namul, vegetables, and dessert options of sujeonggwa and fruit. More than 12 side dishes are set out, and the selection changes every two or three days, with soup, rice, porridge, and pork bone broth also available. Some dishes are slow to be refilled or are not refilled at all.
