Goraesa Eomuk Bujeon Main Branch is an eomuk restaurant inside Bujeon Market in Busan, selling fish cakes filled with cheese, shrimp, and vegetables. The selection includes whole-shrimp rolls, cheese eomuk, and pepper japchae eomuk, and tteokbokki and eomuk broth are served alongside. On the second floor, a microwave heats the pepper japchae eomuk for 30 seconds and the other eomuk for 2 minutes 30 seconds, and broth is served in a paper cup on request. Prices run higher than for ordinary eomuk.
