Gonginju

Gonginju is a Korean meat-grill restaurant in Busan that serves grilled crab and crab soup, with ttaengcho gimbap as an anju option. The grilled crab comes cleaned, and the crab soup is a spicy, clear broth with bang-a leaf and sujebi dough that diners tear and drop in themselves. Crab-shell fried rice, egg sugar toast, and old-style patbingsu can also be ordered. The space is small, so it does not suit sitting and drinking quietly for a long time.
