Gobok Shabu Shabu

Gobok Shabu-Shabu is on the second floor of the Subway building on the Bujeon Library line, across from NC Department Store in Seomyeon, Busan. It serves the Gobok shabu set and spicy beef shabu, cooked in a spicy broth with potato, pumpkin, cabbage, bok choy, mushrooms and beef, followed by noodles and fried rice. The restaurant has operated for over 20 years since its days as Deungchon Shabu-Shabu and now runs under the name Gobok Shabu-Shabu. The interior is old and damp, which makes the dining environment uncomfortable.
